Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• Video frames. When you submit a swing for analysis, still frames are extracted in your browser and sent to our server. Your original video file never leaves your device.
• Analysis results. If you are signed in, your analysis results and a thumbnail frame are saved to your account history in our database.
• Account data. If you create an account, your email address and authentication details are managed by Clerk. We receive only a user ID from Clerk.
• Usage cookies. We set an anonymous usage cookie (sl_used) to track whether you have used your free anonymous analysis. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

How We Use Your Data

• Frame images are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate your coaching analysis. Anthropic processes these images under their own Privacy Policy.
• Analysis results saved to your history are stored in Supabase and are only accessible to your account.
• We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the Service.

Data Retention

Saved analyses are retained until you delete them from your history or delete your account. Anonymous session data (the usage cookie) expires after one year.

Your Rights

You can delete your analysis history at any time from the History page. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at hello@shanklab.net.
